Dinners

A question I feel like I get asked a lot by my mom (and other parental-type figures) is what do you do for dinner/eat for dinner/cook for dinner every night? An understandable question, but sometimes gets under my skin, so I had the great idea of taking a picture of my dinner every night so I can be like "Here, this is what I eat!".

So here are my dinners mid January through mid February. Generally representative of what I eat, though I do go through phases. In Jan and Feb I was in a Chinese dishes phase and was (and still am) in a salmon and veggies phase.
